No refunds will be given under any circumstance, however if you feel there is a legitimate problem with your unit on our part please send an email to locdbeautycollection@gmail.com

Email must be sent within 2 days of receiving the unit.

If our team assesses a problem on our behave you will return the unit for repairs within 4 days.

Repairs take approximately 10 business days depending on the damage.
